Activities of daily living (ADLs) are the activities you do on a regular basis that can help to burn calories and keep you active.
You'll be surprised at how many activities you can incorporate into your daily life without having to allocate extra time.
Pair ADLs with some form of structured exercise each week (if you can) for optimal health and fitness benefits.
