Mum with Baby Classes

Because we understand that being a mum is time consuming and little ones are unpredictable, spaces in class cannot be booked. Instead we run a first-come, first-served approach so please show up 10-15 minutes early to avoid disappointment.

  • All classes are choreographed and instructed by licensed, qualified Postnatal Exercise instructors.

  • Mum with baby classes are for Mum’s with babies up to 12 months.

  • All Equipment required for class is provided aside from a sturdy sports bra and pair of trainers - that’s all you!

  • Every venue has parking onsite or nearby. Try to ditch the car and walk if possible though!

  • For your own safety, we cannot permit entrance to class unless Mum has had her 6 week Posnatal check.

  • For those C-Section Mum’s it is recommended that you wait at least 8-12 weeks before commencing Group Exercise classes.

  • If you are breastfeeding, it is recommended that you feed baby before class. Happy baby, happy Mum!
